Wyndham Garden is now seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our team at Wyndham Garden Manama in Bahrain.

Job Summary

Responsible for all aspects of managing the outlet, supervises, train and inspect the performance of personnel, ensuring that all procedures are met to deliver service in accordance with standards.  Control the expenses/labor cost without compromising the standards. Creates and follows through with a comprehensive annual F&B  Department Business Plan. He is also Responsible for all Outlets, Conference and Banquets and Room Service.

Education & Experience

  •  4-years college degree and at least 3 years of related experience required.
  • Managerial experience required..

Physical Requirements

  • Long hours sometimes required.
  • Light work – Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
  • Ability to stand during entire shift.

Participate in M.O.D. coverage as required.

Maximize efforts towards productivity, identify problem areas and assist in implementing solutions.

Must be effective in handling problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary.

Must be able to understand and evaluate complex information, data, etc. from various sources to meet appropriate objectives.

Perform other duties as requested by management.
