As the Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the beverage operations within the establishment. This includes developing and implementing beverage programs, managing inventory, ensuring quality standards, and providing leadership to the beverage service team. The Beverage Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing the overall guest experience and achieving financial goals.




As the Beverage manager, we rely on you to,


  • Develop and implement innovative and appealing beverage programs in line with current market trends and guest preferences.
  • Create and update a diverse menu of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring a well-balanced and profitable offering.
  • Develop and manage budgets for the beverage department.
  • Monitor financial performance, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the events team to plan and execute beverage-related aspects of special events and promotions.
  • Enforce hygiene and safety standards in the beverage preparation and service areas.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise the beverage service team.
  • Provide ongoing training to staff on product knowledge, service standards, and upselling techniques.
  • Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and maximize profitability.



What we are Looking For


  • A Seasoned Beverage Manager with experience in working with Luxury brands
  • Positive attitude and proactive with a teamwork mindset.
  • Good Knowledge of Food Safety Procedures
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
