Job Description:

· Project Manager(IT):10+ years of overall IT experience with around 5+ years in Project Management

· Very good understanding of hands on Technical projects delivery and Scrum team management

· At least 1 end to end Product Implementation experience, Product in HR domain will be an added advantage

· Strong leadership skills with ability to lead and motivate the team to deliver as per the planned timelines

· Exceptional skills in identifying in a timely manner issues and risks affecting project delivery and coming up with resolution and mitigation actions

· Good experience in Agile based delivery.

· Ability to influence and communicate effectively with stakeholders across various units and run effective governance meetings

· Diligently manage change request process to ensure any deviation from planned baseline across scope, cost and quality

· Industry leading certifications such as CSM/PMP/Prince2 would be an added advantage
