Technical Operations Manager, Technical Infrastructure

Minimum qualifications:

• Associate’s degree, trade school certification, or other certified training in a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
   
• Candidates will typically have 7 years of Mechanical/HVAC experience in an industrial or commercial environment.
   
• Ability to lift and move 50 lbs of equipment, and work on platforms, ladders, and under raised floors.
   
• Ability to work non-standard hours and work rotations/shifts.
   

Preferred qualifications:

• Typically have 4 years of experience in a HVAC, electrical, controls, water chemistry, generators, mechanical, or similar technical domain.
   
• Experience working in data center environments, including building and operating infrastructure.
   
• Experience in critical facility operation management.
   
• Ability to perform operational assessment and risk analysis of third-party sites.
   
• Ability to forecast resource requirements in a data-driven way.
   
• Ability to forecast resource requirements in a data-driven approach.
