Position Overview:
- Assist senior sales staff in prospecting and generating leads.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies for new customer acquisition and growth.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product/service information.
- Assist the sales team in preparing for client meetings and presentations.
- Participate in sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Participate in client calls and meetings to present pitch decks and support deal closures.
- Design and develop engaging, high-quality pitch decks together with the Design and Graphic Team
- Collect and incorporate feedback from the sales team and clients to continuously improve sales materials.
- Conduct market research and strategic analysis to build out go-to-market strategies.
- Develop growth strategies for new and existing customers.
- Translate insights into valuable sales and business recommendations.
- Work closely with marketing and esport teams to stay updated on the latest happenings in the industry and the company.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and execute business initiatives.
- Continuously learn and improve sales techniques through training and mentorship.
- Improve the sales team’s capabilities and effectiveness.
Job requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales or a related role.
- Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems.
