JOB PURPOSE

The purpose of this role is to negotiate contracts with F&B partners in order to build our selection for Careem Explore

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Locate and/or propose F&B partners Careem Explore should have as part of the core customer offering
  • Pitch Explore value proposition to F&B venues and negotiate commercial agreements
  • Share timely reports with partners to ensure they’re aware of the benefits Explore is adding to their business; nurture relationships to also sell Ads and other marketing campaigns
  • Account management to ensure all partner needs including bank transfers, product concerns, and customers and staff issues are addressed on time

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE   

Qualifications:               

  • BA/MA degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, business administration, sales or relevant field.
  • Sales and Market knowledge and strong relationships with both local and national businesses
  • Sales & Account Management experience is required
  • Food & Beverage Experience is a must
  • Fluent Arabic Speaker is required
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Good market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills.

Experience:     Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a Business Development role
