A DAY IN THE LIFE …
• Responsible for developing and publishing all Sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to enable management and Sales department to monitor day-to-day sales operations
• Supporting GBM & Sales function through providing required data Analysis and preparation of presentations, dashboards, etc.
• Ensure all trade spends are reflected into CRM and provide visibility on TTS related analysis and reports to all stakeholders.
• Preparing all data and templates required for monthly meetings, MBPC and/or for Cluster reporting.
• Responsible for all master data related to Customer, Customer Hierarchy, Material extension in coordination with F&C, Sales & NBS.
• Drive the Sales forecast tool (MOSAIC) process in the OPC and ensure all data are up to date.
• Responsible for ensuring that all customer BDAs are adhering to commercial policy and are signed and saved/archived properly.
• Follow-up with sales teams and ensure that credit notes are submitted with supporting documents and processed on time and escalate to management any delays or issues.
• Strong Management of claims and disputes with full collaboration with both sales team and NBS.
• Price list communication / product listing & delisting circulation / Monthly Promotion circulation
• Preparation of monthly Sales Targets by Salesmen by channel and the calculation of Sales force incentive pay-out.
• Ensure strict adherence and compliance on all activities undertaken, i.e.: Trade spend classification in CRM, WHO code, sales incentives, SOPs, Trade Agreement, customer creation, closing of audit points.
