Job Description

  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems that support the academy’s learning environment in coordination with ITC department.
  • Monitor software and hardware installations, maintenance, and repair of traffic police systems including simulators, management record, theory system, etc.
  • Coordinate with other IT professionals to integrate and maintain the IT infrastructure, supporting learning and teaching activities for end-users.
  • Manage and optimize fleet management systems for real-time tracking, maintenance scheduling, and reporting.
  • Implement cybersecurity measures to protect the integrity of automotive software and data.
  • Develop custom software solutions to improve operations, App integration/development and Social Media content creation.
  • Develop and implement engineering solutions for vehicle systems and subsystems.
  • Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate new automotive technologies.
  • Develop and deliver training modules on automotive technologies and maintenance procedures.
  • Facilitate on-the-job training sessions for internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and promote the company with external stakeholders, suppliers, service providers, and regulatory bodies.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of hardware and software systems.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in project management software.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in system administration and maintenance.
  • Relevant certifications and practical experience in Automotive Engineering and Technology.
  • Certified in cybersecurity measures for automotive software and data.
