Credit Relation Officer

• Establish and foster positive relationships between the company, customers and the community
• Ensure customers get financial solutions that suit their needs, including analyzing credit worthiness for potential debtors
• Establish and maintain good relations with the media, community and the general public at large
• Can understand customer requests, and respond quickly to customer complaints
• Conduct market potential analysis, in order to identify market segments that have sufficient potential
• Comply with the SOPs that apply in the company

Job Requirements

• Experienced in banking, finance Min 1 year (preferred)
• Proficient in computers and software, has good public speaking skills
• Have passion as a problem solver and good time management
• Have the ability to search for information and good analysis
• Honest, Disciplined, Tenacious and Highly Dedicated
• Bachelors Education
