Handling all recruitment operations, onboarding and pre-joining formalities for the Internal fleet as per country needs while ensuring 100% legal compliance.
What’s On Your Plate?
- Sourcing, reviewing rider profiles and maintaining a CV database.
- Interview and propose candidates to logistics partners for selection.
- Prepare and send offers to selected candidates.
- Follow up with selected candidates, collect documents, and create and maintain candidate files.
- Verify all documents received from selected candidates.
- Provide documents and notify PRO for sponsorship transfer application.
- Act as point of contact for any follow-ups/escalations from candidates and PRO.
- Notify logistics partners on new joiners, plan for joining formalities, and update and maintain in-house Riders Master Tracker.
- Ensure joining forms are completed and updated in the rider’s files.
- Initiate payroll registration and bank account opening processes.
- Liaising with Logistics trainers to ensure riders are allocated training slots.
- Ensuring riders receive cars, and gear and have their accounts created.
What you need to be successful
- Experience in sourcing and recruiting for high-volume roles.
- Multitasking and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent Communication skills (Written and Verbal).
- Very good analytical skills and data-driven approach.
- Ability to meet deadlines and be flexible in working.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced challenging environment.
- Hands-on experience working with Tableau. Knowledge of Excel and/or Looker is a good plus.
- Good knowledge of working with G-suite.
