Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase the sale of automotive accessories
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve sales targets
- Ensure that customer needs are met by providing expert advice and resolving issues
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and manufacturers
- Supervise and train sales staff members to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales goals
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, products, and competitor activities to provide competitive advantages
- Ensure that all merchandise is displayed properly and that prices are accurate
- Develop and maintain inventory management procedures and oversee inventory levels
- Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in sale, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to resolve customer issues
- Knowledge of automotive accessories and the automotive industry
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
