 DHL Global Forwarding has an opening for a Tele Sales Specialist in Kuwait. You will Develop and administer tele sales plans and processes to achieve revenue growth, enhance customer retention and acquisition, and increase lead conversion for small and mid-sized customers in line with business strategy, financial objectives, Group guidelines and policies.

In this Tele Sales Specialist position:

 

  • You will administer tele sales plans and inbound/ outbound call processes for small to mid-sized accounts.
  • You will have to win, retain, and develop customers to achieve assigned sales targets.
  • You will respond to inquiries, resolve problems, promote, and sell products/ services, and/ or enter or confirm sales.
  • You will have to understand nature of customer needs and recommend solutions/ alternative products or services using knowledge of product/ services and industry.
  • You will have to close business by connecting a customer need with a DHL solution.
  • You will handle non-routine customer situations requiring deviation from standard call flow or research according to customer response.
  • You will have to build rapport and trust with customers by being informed about their business and market.
  • You will support customer retention by regularly calling to ensure service satisfaction, providing information useful to the customer and introducing additional services to the customer.
  • You will collect customer and market information to build a customer prospect database.
  • You will conduct telephone, web, email, and mail marketing to establish and qualify clients/ prospects.
  • You will have to draft implementation plans and achieve smooth execution of campaigns supporting acquisition and retention programs.
  • You will develop relationships with new clients by prospecting and responding to business development needs.
  • You will document, communicate, and update department procedures.
  • You will have to evaluate impact of communications and messaging on tele sales business metrics.
  • You will make minor changes to resolve issues in existing systems and processes to enhance day-to-day activities, some of the problems may not be clearly defined and may require analysis.
  • You will have to conduct negotiations with external parties to reach acceptance of complete proposals and programs.

   

Now, here’s what we need from you.

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/qualification
  • More than 4 years of experience within the same field
  • Excellent communicator in English and French, both written and verbal.
