JOB Description
- Efficiently process and confirm orders initiated by sales managers, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
- Collaborate with the Supply/Demand Planner to manage demand fluctuations, align with budgetary constraints, and facilitate seamless order execution.
- Monitor market order deliveries, ensuring all necessary pre-shipping tasks (Proforma Invoices, etc.) are completed in a timely manner.
- Proactively generate codes on SAP for new product launches, anticipating purchase orders, creating invoices and streamlining the order fulfilment process.
- Prepare regularly S&OP calls and provide estimated delivery dates for all ordered SKUs to Hikma Country Managers and Sales teams, maintaining effective communication with both local and external clients.
- Regularly review and update the status of all orders, preparing comprehensive reports for Management. Monitor Forecast accuracy and customer service KPIs, contributing insights to enhance Supply & Demand Planning.
- OTIF % monitoring and discussion with Supply & Demand Planning
- Work with Sales teams to maintain safety stock levels throughout the Fiscal year
- Orders cleaned on SAP System for all clients
- Regular written review with planning flow responsible
- Order Placement on SAP withing 3 business days
- Reports to Management
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in a business, logistics, Industrial Engineering, technical discipline or equivalent
- APICS certification desired
- SAP experience (SD/MM) or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
Experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of supply chain experience
Skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, decision making, written and verbal communication and presentation skills to working level as well as executive levels
- Background and understanding of supply chain management principles such as (but not limited to) Production Planning, Purchasing, Forecasting, and Logistics.
