As a Supply Chain Officer in the Hospitality/F&B industry based in Abu Dhabi, you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring efficient procurement, inventory management, and distribution activities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages and minimize excesses.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and plan accordingly.
  • Track and manage shipments, ensuring on-time delivery and addressing logistics issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable supply chain.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and identify areas for improvement or cost savings.
  • Implement efficient procurement strategies to optimize costs and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Analyze market trends and conditions to inform procurement decisions.
  • Utilize supply chain management software for effective tracking and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory and procurement activities.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Supply Chain Officer in any Restaurant/Cafe/Hotel in the UAE.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Male candidates are required.
  • Immediate joiners are preferred.
