As a Supply Chain Officer in the Hospitality/F&B industry based in Abu Dhabi, you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring efficient procurement, inventory management, and distribution activities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages and minimize excesses.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and plan accordingly.
- Track and manage shipments, ensuring on-time delivery and addressing logistics issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable supply chain.
- Evaluate supplier performance and identify areas for improvement or cost savings.
- Implement efficient procurement strategies to optimize costs and enhance operational efficiency.
- Analyze market trends and conditions to inform procurement decisions.
- Utilize supply chain management software for effective tracking and reporting.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory and procurement activities.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Supply Chain Officer in any Restaurant/Cafe/Hotel in the UAE.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Male candidates are required.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
