Job Summary

The Investment Relation Manager is a high-level role responsible for leading and managing investor relations activities. This role involves developing and executing investor relations strategies, maintaining relationships with the financial community, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

 

Job Purpose & Responsibilities

Institutional Investors Management (Investor targeting/ analyst outreach):

Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with institutional investor, including mutual funds and other large scale investors. You will develop and execute strategies to effectively communicate the company’s financial performance, growth strategy, and market position to critical audience. Additionally, you will coordinate investor meetings roadshows, and presentations, ensuring that institutional investors have a clear understanding of the company’s value proposition and long term goals.

 

Relationship with regulators and recognized institutes:

Responsible for managing relationships with regulators and recognized institutes ensuring the company meets all regulatory requirements. Engaging with stock exchanges, rating agencies, industry analyst, and financial bodies to maintain company credibility and politely influence market perception.

 

Retail Investors & Dividend Management:

Developing and executing strategies to effectively communicate with retail investors, ensuring they are informed and engaged with the company’s vision. You will also manage the company’s dividend distribution, coordinating closely with finance to ensure timely and accurate dividend payments. Responsible for managing and analyzing retail investors inquires that need high attention.

 

Ongoing management of IR activities:

• Prepare an annual investor relations plan and budget.

• Monitor market and analysts’ forecast on regular basis.

• Integrated Annual Report.

• Run investor Day/ Capital Markets Day.

• Quarterly results process.

 

Minimum Education/Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Economics , Finance & Accounting, or in Engineering with CFA credentials or masters in finance.
  • 5 years’ experience in investor relations.
  • buy- and sell-side analysts experience.
  • CIRO/ Ifsah qualification may be advantages but not a specific requirement.
  • Experience in investment banking.

  • Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of financial regulations and proven ability to foster trust and transparency with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of investor needs.
  • Strategic mindset strong financial acumen and exceptional relationship management skills.
