  • Implementing & reviewing the app taxonomy: categories, subcategories, icons and all new introduced features.
  • Proposing and implementing occasion categories depending on the season, the marketing calendar and the consumer needs.
  • Maintaining high SLAs when it comes to images quality and quantity to best reflect and describe the products whilst coordinating with partners.
  • Supervising products photoshoots and suggesting esthetic enhancements.
  • Enhancing and standardizing descriptions of products in both English & Arabic, to provide all needed information to the end-user to make an informed choice.
  • Checking daily content audit to highlight potential errors and taking corrective actions.
  • Owning the products categorization strategy for current and new assortment, including cross-merchandising opportunities.
  • Constantly enhancing SEO quality.
  • Leading efforts on content Arabic translations
  • Close collaboration with the commercial team, and trade marketing manager to align on promotions-related content and merchandising activities.
  • Close collaboration with the product team to align on the content related to all cross-merchandising assets on talabat platform.
  • Constantly testing new ideas, tracking impact and taking related actions with an aim to reach higher basket size.
  • Leveraging data insights to improve decision-making, focusing on enhancing the overall customer experience

What you need to be successful

  • At least 2 – 3 years of being in a content role
  • You are very detail-oriented, structured and know how to prioritize — you consider yourself as someone who delivers solutions and not bottlenecks to be solved.
  • Additionally, you have robust interpersonal and intercultural skills. You can inspire several teams and stakeholders to rally behind a mission.
  • You are able to interact with senior-level executives and can manage the expectations of multiple stakeholders.
  • You are someone energized by the unknown and look forward to learning each day on the job.
  • You have excellent analytical and communication skills, and always like to be hands-on with several tools.
  • Language skills: Fluent English and Arabic
