  • Create and analyze detailed reports related to Materials Management activities such as monthly inventory balances, material usage/excess, investment recovery and equipment fabrication spend using Microsoft Excel and Power BI
  • Create and analyze other ad hoc reports as needed
  • Maintain records/spreadsheets for multiple storage locations to track movements to ensure accuracy
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with others in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering & Finance to ensure materials and associated costs are properly tracked.
  • Enter material transfers in the system of record (SAP)
  • Assist with other MM related projects as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10 years of experience with Oil & Gas industry
  • Bachelor degree in related discipline
