About the Role:
The Site Manager Engineer will oversee and manage the construction project on-site in Kuwait, working under the guidance of the Project Manager. This role is crucial for ensuring the project is delivered on schedule, within budget, and according to its scope. As the primary liaison between the client, the Consultant, and the main contractor, the Site Manager Engineer will coordinate all site activities, ensuring adherence to local regulations and project specifications.

About You:
Candidates should possess the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in site management, particularly in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial construction processes, including contract management and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple aspects of the project, including financials, scheduling, and risk management.
• Proficiency in both technical and administrative tasks, including documentation and reporting.
• Familiarity with the Kuwaiti regulatory environment and construction practices.
