LRQA Inspectors operate with full on-site technical authority and are valued for the thoroughness of their assessment.

 

In this role, based in Borouge4 Project you will perform a full range of inspection and evaluation activities across project assets Using a combination of your deep technical expertise and customer focus you’ll ensure that every asset, person, and process is fully compliant with the appropriate regulatory and statutory requirements.

developing a comprehensive understanding their needs and demonstrating deft project management to ensure continuous improvement.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Ensures the effective implementation of the quality program in the areas of assigned responsibility and that the appropriate materials and equipment are available for inspection and test.
  • Act as LRQA focal point at site and report Quality status on weekly basis to LRQA Project Manager.
  • Distribute daily activities among inspectors, collect their reports and collate to client reporting system.
  • Ensure calibration status of Measuring and Test Equipment. Prepare and maintain all inspection reports.
  • Maintain clear, concise, and comprehensive records and reports related to your inspections which add value and demonstrate a bespoke and tailored approach to your customer’s operations.
  • Should ensure Piping Test plan requirements and welding requirements are fulfilled by the EPC
  • Contractor.
  • Consistently seek new opportunities with existing clients and identify new clients within the region, supporting marketing and sales activities.

 

Your Technical Skills/Requirements

  • University Degree from a reputed institution equivalent to a UK BSc (5 years university studies after A Levels and minimum 12 years of education + entrance exam)
  • Min 10 years’ experience in the field of QA/QC work, or industrial qualification by THIRD PARTY INSPECTION CONTRACTOR’S Head Office plus 15 years’ experience
  • Piping site erection experience.
  • Possess Welding certifications internationally recognized (EWF/CWI/TWI or similar)
  • Possession of NDT internationally recognized qualifications (ASNT-TC-1A/ CSWIP / ISO 9712
  • or similar ) PT/MT/RT/UT
  • Familiar with coating processes (if certified FROSIO/NACE or similar, better but not mandatory for this position)
