About the role
We are hiring your skills to
- Ensure fares and rules are filed accurately, and to work closely with Pricing teams as well as Strategic Alliances, Airline Partnerships, Global Sales, Digital Direct, Loyalty, in order to guarantee all pricing strategies are in implemented on time.
- Ensure fare filing activities are clear, concise and clearly filed ensuring full and consistent interpretation of Qatar Airways intent.
- Keep abreast of any development of ATPCO, filing tools and evaluate possible implementation within Qatar Airways.
- Support implementation of interline and Joint Businesses fares/rules.
- Provide ad hoc analysis to uncover opportunities of automation in the filing process.
- Continuously monitor performance of the filing processes, analyze and propose alternatives always seeking the optimization of the resources.
- Produce relevant guidelines and training materials to conduct trainings and briefings ensuring a good and high level of understanding of the filing process.
- Other duties and responsibilities as requested by Management.

Qualifications
About You
We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the Revenue Management Team
- Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Airline Fare Filing area with specific experience in Fares, Rules, Footnotes, Fare by Rule, Express Contract, Branded Fares, Optional Services, Carrier Imposed Fees, Ticketing Fees, NDC distribution.
- Solid understanding of commercial processes required by an international airline, including network planning, revenue management and pricing.
- Experience is working within multicultural environment.
- Advanced analytical ability and strong understanding of mathematical and economic concepts as related to revenue management, pricing, Taxes and Refund processes.
- Knowledge of data processing and visualization tools like Ms. Excel, SQL , Alteryx , Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
- Good knowledge of airline pricing systems and tools such as Amadeus, APTCO, Pricing Systems (PLP, AirPrice SITA, Airnguru, Sabre, TravelPort, Amadeus FareXpert).
- Strong communications, problem solving and business acumen skills.
