  • The Senior Quality engineer is supporting the Quality Lead for the development of the Quality Program and responsible for the independent surveillance and audit of the project for compliance with procedures and requirements, as well as the documentation of compliance and corrective actions.
  • The Senior Quality Engineer works closely with Quality Lead and advises him of the status of quality-related activities.
  • The Senior Quality Engineer assists the Quality Lead in the maintenance and updating of the CONTRACT or Project Quality Plan and other quality related project documents.
  • As directed by the Quality Lead, the Senior Quality Engineer will perform other quality related audits and surveys.
  • Responsible for Quality Management System compliance and system improvement activities
  • Support Quality lead to achieve Goal Zero No Defect Objective and participate in HSE and Quality activities as defined in the CONTRACT HSE and Quality Plan.
  • Responsible for Contract and Project quality plan implementation
  • Accountable for the overall implementation of MRF process for projects, where applicable.
  • Establishing, implementing, and maintaining the quality management system.
  • Responsible for continual improvement activities to enhance the quality system such as fishbone, Root cause analysis, Five Why, also good tools
  • Development of project specific Project Quality Plans for the new projects in the QPH Support Quality lead for Interface with Engineering and Procurement team to ensure specific quality requirements are incorporated in all relevant documents, approved, and transferred to manufacturers and implementation
    contractor.
  • Support the Quality Inspectors to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system.
  • Support Quality Lead for the overall performance of the audit program, and oversight on quality engineers responsible for the audit program.
  • Supporting Quality Lead to Analyse failure, and responsible for implementation of corrective and preventive actions and to respond to company .
  • Manage quality, business, and engineering documentation, for the CONTRACTOR organization
  • Responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the overall activities of receiving / outgoing quality functions.
  • Ensure timely resolution of supplier failure, corrective actions, and preventive actions.
  • Support Quality Lead to Manage and report suppliers’/contractor performance and make recommendations for improvements through the entire supply chain process
  • Support Quality Lead to Develop processes and procedures that enhance or assure quality, align with the business strategy, and project objectives
  • Support implementation of DCAF for recognised disciplines and support TA assignment of CONTRACTOR discipline staff
  • Responsible for departmental and project specific risk management through implementation of mitigation plans.
  • Support implementation ‘fit for purpose’ PCAP development on individual projects.
  • Accountable for Project KPI, leading and lagging indicator identification, relevant to the portfolio as well as individual projects.
  • Responsible for MRF procedure preparation and implementation of MRF process.
  • Support Quality lead for Quality resource planning and coordinate for on time deployment.
  • Responsible for coordination and implementation of all inspections at manufacturer facility, including implementation of Remote Inspection.
  • Responsible for managing the inspection coordination of Project procurement equipment orders, liaising with the Client, suppliers, and Inspection agencies
  • Responsible for Third Party Inspection management.
  • Coordinate, Manage and Attend Pre-production kick-off meetings, Pre Inspection Meeting with Supplier/Subcontractor.
  • Senior Quality Engineer shall be Responsible for establishment of MRF process
  • Senior Quality Engineer shall be responsible for updating all product NCR and Observation in company SQI
  • Review Supplier/Subcontractor Fabrication/Certification Dossiers such as MRB (Manufacturer’s Record Book), MDR (Manufacturing Data Report).
  • Senior Quality Engineer shall be responsible for coordination for vendor document deliverable requirements and vendor document schedule compliance.
  • Senior Quality Engineer shall be familiar with vendor inspection reporting process and responsible for managing inspection release notes or certificates for the manufactured product.
  • Responsible to ensure that all necessary quality records are identified, retained and retrieved in accordance with company, and regulatory requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

BSc., University in relevant engineering discipline (mechanical, welding, material, process etc.)
Experience and Skill set
Minimum 8 years’ experience in Oil and Gas Industry
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Brown Field Oil and Gas related project delivery
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Brown Field Oil and Gas Project Delivery as a Umbrella Contract Senior
