We are seeking a Senior Operations Manager.



  • Managing the AlUla logistics team.
  • Monitoring and providing input on policies and procedures, accommodation, transportation, emergency response, etc.
  • Evaluating and developing operations and logistics processes.
  • Serving as the main point of contact with project directors, senior management, and staff in Alula areas.
  • Managing the resolution of operational issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Creating and disseminating monthly newsletters and staff announcements.
  • Managing and verifying monthly HSE inspections on all accommodation buildings in alula to ensure compliance with company policy.
  • Managing and verifying monthly HSE inspections on all vehicles
  • Rectification/verification of all issues related to transportation and housing.
  • Identifying suitable properties for project needs.
  • Overseeing allocation of accommodation for staff.
  • Overseeing accommodation maintenance requests.
  • Managing petty cash and providing timely reporting.
  • Coordinating HSE inspections in collaboration with HSE managers.
  • Generating property reports to track and assess project accommodation.
  • Facilitating mobilization and orientation of new staff members in coordination with the recruitment and mobilization team.
  • Meet and great for new starters on the ground.
  • Maintaining a maintenance tracker for efficient tracking and resolution.
  • Managing SharePoint for seamless collaboration and information sharing.
  • Overseeing staff information and entertainment groups.
  • Supporting Operations & Logistics Manager KSA with coordinating long-distance trips (e.g., Madinah, Tabuk, etc.).
  • Administering driver shifts and coordinating driver-related activities.
  • Auditing driver overtime and expenses.
  • Overseeing the tracking and monitoring of vehicle movements.
  • Managing driver documentation and coordinating leave cover.
  • Supporting Operations & Logistics Manager KSA with Coordinating and attending remote site visits inside and outside alula.
  • Conducting HSE inspection of hotels
  • Providing support to ME Travel team when necessary.
  • Coordinating with Landlords, suppliers, and vendors.
