As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the Account Manager in managing client relationships, executing marketing campaigns, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. This role requires a proactive individual with 2-4 years of experience in account management, who can effectively coordinate between clients and internal teams, manage day-to-day project activities, and contribute to the strategic planning process.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

    1. Client Relationship Management:
        • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring consistent communication and a strong working relationship.
        • Understand client needs and objectives, and translate these into actionable plans.
        • Assist in managing client expectations and deliverables.

 

    1. Campaign Management:
        • Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, outdoor, etc.).
        • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, media buying, production) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of campaign assets.
        • Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

 

    1. Project Coordination:
        • Manage the day-to-day tasks related to client projects, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
        • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
        • Prepare and present project status reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

 

    1. Strategic Support:
        • Contribute to the development of client strategies and plans, providing insights based on industry trends and client feedback.
        • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitches for new business opportunities.

 

    1. Administrative Duties:
        • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project milestones, and campaign results.
        • Handle invoicing, billing, and budget tracking for assigned accounts.
        • Support the Account Manager with any additional tasks as needed.

 

Qualifications:

 

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

 

    • 2-4 years of experience in account management, preferably within an advertising, marketing, or media agency.

 

    • Strong understanding of marketing and advertising principles.

 

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

 

    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

 

    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

 

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools.

 

    • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
