Duties & Responsibilities

  • Having the responsibility for achieving the required business results in relation to this IBM Software brand.
  • Developing and guiding the IBM partner ecosystem to achieve the expected results.
  • Creating Go-To-Market plans and being responsible for their execution.
  • Executing the IBM New Client and New Partner Acquisition programs to achieve business goals and targets.
  • Defining and executing Sales Enablement programs for resellers.
  • Managing marketing strategies and utilizing these for the achievement of results in the assigned solutions, territory, or partner set.
  • Understanding and effectively communicating the business requirements to the technical Teams.
  • Presenting to audiences the value of the IBM Automation and Integration Software portfolio.
  • Actively participating and leading seminars and marketing events.
  • Providing weekly reporting on all aspects of business to Country and unit management lines.
  • Attaining and keeping personal education updated on the IBM Software portfolio.
  • Travelling within the assigned territory when needed.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Vendor-related software / industry certification will be considered favourably.
  • 3-5 years of Software selling experience in the field of Automation and Integration.
  • Full professional proficiency in English with excellent communications skills.
  • Ability to handle credit lines with the internal team and partners.
  • Ability to recruit new partners.
  • Solid experience in selling to partners in a complex environment.
  • Solid understanding of the IT industry, competing vendors, and the channel.
  • Travel is Required.

Reports to

IBM Unit Manager.
