Business Analytics: (40%)
- Creates and analyzes country dashboard metrics for performance monitoring Sales, P&L, Supply etc. for monthly performance calls & business reviews.
- Assist in managing market profiling and larger initiatives such as segmentation & reporting.
- Support company financial process and long-term planning (P&L)
- Support Marketing team to manage pricing goals and product profiling.
- Is thought of the go to person for data and recommendations.
Supply Chain management: (60%)
- Ensure right forecast in country and upload to appropriate systems in coordination with marketing team.
- Manages critical allocations for products in country with recommendations on actions in coordination with marketing.
- Coordinates with partner distributor for order generation and allocations with supply chain.
- Tracks product from E2E status and updates accordingly in dashboard.
- Creates analytics for supply chain performance in BU linked to the monthly reporting.
- Coordinate between Sales team and Application team.
- Work with SGH quotations & delivery.
About you
- 2-3 years’ experience in the similar role.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (incl. MS Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical skills to clearly identify customer needs and requirements.
