You will join the Arla Qatar Sales team where you will be working together with skilled, positive and dedicated colleagues where a growth mindset, agility, and being frontline-obsessed is part of the everyday job.
You will work closely with our Sales Representatives and you will play a key role to ensure our customers receive their orders on time and in the right quantity.
Your Main Responsibilities are:
- Meeting order fulfilment objectives accurately and on time.
- Receiving and inputting orders from Field Sales Representatives
- Raising sales invoices to be processed by the warehouse
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Deal with all customers queries quickly, efficiently and cost effectively
- Ensure all administrative paperwork systems are updated and that all required paperwork is completed in line with company guidelines
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as and when required
Qualification and Experience:
- You have a strong can-do attitude
- You have a structured approach to your tasks.
- Basic know-how of working with MS Office (Word and Excel).
- Know how and working experience with SAP is a benefit but not a requirement.
- Previous experience with process optimization projects is a benefit.
