We are hiring for your skills to leverage and share systems knowledge across the users. You will be responsible to support your Line Manager in improving and optimizing projects and ad hoc request. In addition, will conduct systems performance analysis and evaluation of functionalities, highlighting areas for improvement. The role will be responsible for user support and maintenance of existing and new systems, as well as regularly performing testing and system upgrades.

Some of the key responsibilities for this role are as below:

  • Ensure the normal operation of Pricing and RM systems and promptly resolve any system disruption.
  • Administer functional database and data sources of Pricing and RM applications ensuring data quality compliance and accuracy.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure that the work processes are followed and executed, resulting in optimal usage of Pricing and RM applications.
  • Liaise with I.T and external vendors to ensure the systems are integrated in the most optimal way.
  • Identify operational needs and proactively develop viable solutions to support Pricing and RM Analysts in their daily tasks.

Qualifications – External

About You

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the Revenue Management Team.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of job-related experience in Revenue Management.
  • Knowledge of airline systems such as Inventory, Pricing, O&D Revenue Management, Group Revenue Management.
  • Good knowledge of Pricing and Revenue Management System processes, application and technology.
  • Has good knowledge on project management and vendor management.
  • Knowledge of programming languages and coding skills would be preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills – Ability to identify and resolve critical issues
