Job Description

1.Perform Inspection of Incoming Raw materials and raise Nonconformities to Suppliers.
2.Perform re-sampling of finish and semi-finished products based on request
3.Control SOP standards in the production process and evaluate/monitor deviations.
4.Monitoring Housekeeping during process & SSOP before startup of production
5.Monitoring Quality programs, GMPs and documentation.
6.Proper Documentation handling including CCP files (Metal detectors & X-Ray)    
7.To perform Sensory evaluation and monitoring specific parameters for Global Client Beef and Chicken products during production.    
8.Provide support for Quality assurance team to improve Food Safety Management System.    
9.Suggest improvements to Production team to comply with FSMS and balancing productivity at the same time
10.Support Production/Quality Analyst to track/manage Quality and food safety related deviations
11.Report Food Safety and/or Food defense related deviations, and any suspicious activity 
12.Train Quality control team related to changes in Food Safety management system, and Global Accounts Sensory evaluation
13.Organize the manpower and create working schedule for Support team.
14.Suggest and implement improvements in quality programs execution and documentation.
15.Support Production Supervisor for procedure and monitoring form revision
16.Participate food safety and quality related PDCA
17.Follow up on status of proposed corrective actions with department representatives
18.Ensure proper documentation of quality programs
