You will be based in our Abu Dhabi office as part of our Middle East Office (MEO) Human Resources (HR) team. Our MEO comprises 8 locations that include 1000+ consulting and non-consulting colleagues. You will also be part of the broader HR team in EEMA (Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa region).

You will work closely with the HR leadership and team and will collaborate with other relevant functions within the MEO, EEMA region, and firm, including people legal, immigration legal, payroll, talent management, mobility, recruiting, and professional development. You will report to the MEO Manager of HR.


In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and liaising between McKinsey and government organizations/authorities and providing a key interface between the two.  

You will provide quick, efficient, and reliable services for all government-related jobs, such as employment permits, entry visas, medical examinations, miscellaneous jobs related to immigration, ministry of labor & consulates, and business licenses, adhering to the regular amendments in rules and regulations within very short notice. 

You will respond effectively to the demands of businesses, employees, and their families to assist them with government-related services.


  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • 1+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a professional services environment or in a similar job with strong experience with government organizations
  • Excellent networking and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Strong problem-solving (an ability to manage ambiguity with an open mind and positive attitude) and multi-tasking capability
  • Exemplary judgment, discretion, and professionalism
  • Fluent knowledge of Arabic and English, both verbal and written
