Job Description

ROLE PURPOS: 

As a Junior Planning & Schedule Engineer at ASSYSTEM, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful planning, scheduling, and execution the projects. Leveraging your experience in project management and scheduling, you will work with the Sr. Planning Engineer to develop comprehensive project plans, monitor progress, and optimize project timelines to achieve project objectives efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate with project teams to allocate resources effectively and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Prepare regular progress reports and performance metrics.
  • Assist in the development of project plans and scope documents.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address scheduling concerns and ensure alignment with project objectives.

KEY RESULT AREA:

  • Ability to work on Primavera P6 to prepare Baseline, recovery, revised and update schedules.
  • Ability to work in Microsoft Office software specially Excel and Power point to prepare reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in planning and scheduling roles.
  • Good experience in Primavera P6 is a must.
  • Using MS project is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Using Power BI is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language is a must.
