SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking an Operations Specialist to provide support for a services contract in Doha, Qatar.
Essential Job Duties
- Assist the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager in managing day to day operations on the program.
- Track critical resources and functions and recommend priorities.
- Coordinate activities across the program management office staff in support of the mission.
- Communicate significant activities, issues, and new requirements to management and functional supervisors.
- Track operational and performance trends.
- Prepare reports and contract deliverables.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree. Associate’s degree diploma and 10 years of experience may be substituted.
- 8 years of experience providing program operations support with 2 years of experience supporting a U.S. Government customer overseas.
- 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Proficient written and verbal communicator.
- Familiarity with the Maximo asset management system.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications.
Work Environment
- Living and working conditions at the assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable.
- Long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.
- Personnel should be aware of moving on short notice and under adverse conditions.
