Role Overview:

We are currently seeking a Junior Data Analyst specializing in Workforce Management to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a keen eye for detail, organizational skills, and a passion for maintaining accurate and up-to-date data. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity of workforce-related data through meticulous data entry and management processes.

Role Scope:

  • Perform accurate and efficient data entry into Oracle Fusion and other relevant systems.
  • Assist in the analysis and maintenance of workforce data within Oracle Fusion, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company standards.
  • Support the management of workforce data, including employee information, attendance, and leave records.
  • Collaborate with HR and workforce management teams to collect and validate data, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Assist in generating reports and insights from Oracle Fusion to support workforce planning and decision-making.
  • Participate in the implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion, focusing on workforce management functionalities.
  • Support the development of standard operating procedures and best practices for data entry and management within Oracle Fusion.
  • Perform regular audits of workforce data to identify and rectify discrepancies.
  • Contribute to data quality assurance activities to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Generate reports on workforce-related metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Contribute to the development of dashboards and visualizations to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Identify and communicate any data discrepancies or system issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.
  • Assist in training team members and other staff on Oracle Fusion functionalities related to data entry and workforce management.
  • Stay updated with the latest Oracle Fusion updates and features relevant to workforce management and data analytics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in using Oracle Fusion, particularly in workforce management modules.
  • Proficiency in data entry tools, database systems, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of workforce management concepts.
  • Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting techniques.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Candidate must be based in the UAE.

Years of Experience: 

  • 2 years of experience working with Oracle Solutions.
  • 2+ years of Total experience in Workforce Management.

Skills: 

  • Proficiency in Oracle Fusion, especially in modules related to data entry and workforce management.
  • Strong data entry skills with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and report generation.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and software updates.
