Network components supervisor is responsible for the project management of network components kitting facility in OCI.

Key Deliverables:

  • Manage the network components project timeline and ensure that all activities are in-line.
  • Understand the operations of kitting assembly and establish it at OCI.
  • Understand the quality aspect of kitting process and establish it at OCI.
  • You will be responsible to maintain and monitor the stocks of parts.
  • Create and develop new procedures and processes.
  • Create layout and establish 6S in the kitting plant.
  • Assist and train teams in carrying out implementation of the procedures you design.
  • Research, design, and develop processes to optimize productivity and workflow.
  • You will be responsible to collect data for analysis to uncover areas for improvements and innovation.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot any problems that arise with processes, procedures, and operations.
  • Contribute to development of health and safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma engineering / Technology or any similar technical qualification.

 

Skills/Knowledge:

  • Project management.
  • Knowledge about cables and accessories.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Relationship management skills.
  • Ability to take timely actions and decisions.
  • Knowledge of ERP & MES systems will be an added advantage.
  • Efficiency to identify a problem and the pertinent data in this regard, recognize the relevant information and the possible causes of it.
  • Willingness to participate as an integrated member in a group to obtain a benefit as a result of the task to be performed.
  • Ability to propose imaginative and original solutions. Innovation and identification of alternatives opposed to traditional methods and approaches.
