  8. Maintain training policies and procedures manual that covers as a minimum the following areas:.
  9. Setting: Funding model for training; Training sites; institutional policy for Healthcare Education & Training; responsibilities for trainees.
  10. Trainees: roles and responsibilities; Trainees clinical duties; Trainees Affairs; disciplinary actions, complaint and grievance procedures; code of conduct; general duties; safety; learning and work environment, attendance.
  11. Healthcare Education & Training Program: Management; faculty selection criteria; program size, eligibility for participation; evaluation; program director criteria; protected time for program team members, etc.).
  12. Compliance with accreditation scheme and applicable DOH requirements.
  13. Aide in implementation of best practices methods for the assessment of trainees.Supports s a systematic evaluation process to identify areas for improvement

QUALIFICATIONS

 

6.2     Preferably a graduate with clinical background.

6.3  Minimum 1-year experience as a clinical coordination preferable.  Interest to work in a   Hospital related environment. 

6.4     Proficient technology application skills; Basic MS Office (Word, Excel, & Power point) MS Outlook & Internet explorer skills.

6.5     Must have an exceptional interpersonal skills, maturity, good judgment and be    capable of communicating in a professional manner with diverse range of individuals; superior phone etiquette skills.

                6.6          Patient focused; service oriented; patient & understanding.

6.7     Efficient organizational skills; ability to handle multiple responsibilities under pressure while               maintaining composure.

              6.8        Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

              6.9        Reliable, punctual, dependable, and responsive.

              6.10      Excellent command of oral and written English. Arabic language antageous/desirable but not                                   essential
