- Co-ordinate and manage clinical audit projects.
- Plan data collection, inputting, analysis, and report writing so that reports are delivered according to the proposed timescales.
- Design data collection tools for each project.
- Liaise with the different departments to receive relevant clinical, performance and operational information.
- Meet with different stakeholders such as doctors, nurses, and others to provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.
- Follow up on given recommendations for improvement and report to concerned entities.
- Review interprets and extract information from a variety of sources including telephone calls, ambulance service patient records, hospital records and other sources as required in order to collect data.
- Conduct literature searches and obtain relevant evidence from published scientific articles when needed.
- Interpret findings to develop recommendations for changes to clinical practice.
- Report progress and present findings to the concerned departments and relevant committees.
- Conduct trainings for the relevant healthcare staff on principles of medical record documentation and the gaps identified during the routine audits
- Contribute to other quality improvement projects such as, but not limited to clinical practice audits, screening audits, cost & efficiency, etc. as required.
- Comply with relevant rules, regulations, standards, policies, and procedures.
- Perform other duties as directed my management.
- Comply with all OSH and infection control policies, standards and procedures and cooperate with hospital management to comply those requirements.
- Work accordance with the documented OSH procedures and instructions, specific responsibilities
- Be familiar with emergency and evacuation procedures
- Notifying OSH Hazards, incidents, Near misses and issues and assistance with the preparation of risk assessments, incident reports
- Comply with Waste management procedures and policies
- Attend applicable OSH/Infection control training programs, mock drills and awareness programs
- Use of appropriate personal protective equipment and safety systems

QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have at least an undergraduate nursing / medical degree from an accredited school.
- Have at least 2 years hands on experience in clinical field.
- Computer literate and can demonstrate working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and Email, and Outlook.
- Good English spoken and written; Arabic language advantageous/desirable but not essential.

- Able to complete tasks and deliver projects on time
- Positive attitude and flexible approach to working; able to re-organize tasks as appropriate in response to changing demands
