As our Rider Acquisition and Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for developing and growing strategic 3pl partnerships and scaling the fleet as per country needs while ensuring 100% legal compliance.

What’s On Your Plate?

  • Scale up the fleet while ensuring 100% compliance
  • Develop and implement best practices for rider acquisition via various acquisition & marketing channels.
  • Achieving monthly hiring targets which align with the country supply plan
  • Develop a strong community within the local rider management teams, to ensure the quality of standards, experience, and adherence to regional and local processes.
  • Build, maintain and partially own strong relationships with all 3PL partners across the country.
  • Develop the infrastructure, technology, and processes required for large-scale onboarding of riders.
  • Create the right incentives and/or penalties for 3rd parties to achieve their hiring targets
  • Be the voice of the 3rd party to Talabat: Listen to the challenges and find solutions within the internal team.

What you need to be successful

What Did We Order?

  • You have successfully completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • Preferably a minimum of 2+ years of work experience in high-growth start-ups, tech companies, or consulting.
  • Proficient in Excel and acquires strong data management skills.
  • You demonstrate ability to take initiatives. You thrive in an Agile Environment adaptable to new situations and embrace change
  • Willingness to challenge the status quo when necessary
  • Team player. We are looking for someone who fits into the team and talabat’s culture.
  • Make it happen attitude, where results are ensured to be achieved regardless of all the obstacles
  • Experience in contracting and compliance management of service providers
  • Great at networking, relationship building, and developing winning partnerships
  • Affinity with (labor) law and liaison with authorities is a plus
  • Strong commitment to enforcing standards and compliance
  • Can demonstrate leadership and authority with our partners
  • Hands-on, enjoys fact-finding and going beyond theoretical frameworks
  • Extremely organized and process-driven
  • Can manage a heavy workload effectively by setting priorities and managing expectations well
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic.
