As Maintenance Integration Technical Officer, you will support the implementation  and compliance of Maintenance Integration  across the HIA estate in  coordination with  the various project management teams in  accordance with  Business and Asset Management objectives.

  • Monitor maintenance integration document submissions,  by tracking these submissions against pre-defined times  in order to achieve on time  Maintenance Integration acceptance,  enabling effective  handover into asset management.
  • Support  the  delivery  of  awareness  sessions  on  both  Asset  Management  and  Maintenance  Integration principles through engagement of both internal and external stakeholders, to ensure appropriate understanding and support to enable both processes at HIA.
  • Monitor submission of handover material;  tools,  spares,  keys,  etc.  through coordination with  various  HIA.
  • FM departments, to ensure readiness for operations and maintenance.
  • Conduct post occupancy surveys after the completion of project works,  through site inspections  with  HIA.
  • FM Delivery to check that all maintenance documentation  is accurate and up to date.


Qualifications and Experience:


  • Relevant College or University qualification to min Bachelor’s  level
  • Minimum 4 years relevant experience
  • Should have good exposure and working knowledge  in  Technical Field/Maintenance Field. Experience in  Project and Maintenance Systems and Equipment.
  • Must have high proficiency in  written  and spoken English,  with  an excellent capability in written  technical
  • skills as well as oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to utilize computer technology to access data,  maintain records,  generate reports
