Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the installation and configuration of hardware, software, and networks.
  • Provide technical support to staff via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware/software issues.
  • Maintain IT inventory and ensure proper documentation of IT assets.
  • Assist in network maintenance, updates, and security protocols.
  • Manage system backups, updates, and data recovery processes.
  • Assist in setting up new user accounts and ensuring systems are secure.
  • Provide basic training on IT tools and software as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional IT certifications preferred.
  • Previous experience in IT support or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of basic IT hardware, software, and networking.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
