As an IT Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of information technology within our hotel operations. This includes managing our network infrastructure, implementing new technology solutions, and providing technical support to our staff and guests.

Work Experience

  • Develop and implement IT strategies to support the overall goals and objectives of the hotel
  • Manage and maintain the hotel’s network infrastructure, including servers, routers, and switches
  • Oversee the installation and maintenance of all hardware and software systems
  • Ensure the security and integrity of all data and systems
  • Provide technical support to hotel staff and guests, troubleshooting any issues that may arise
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for improvements and upgrades
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement technology solutions that improve efficiency and guest experience
  • Train and mentor IT staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to support the hotel’s technology needs.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT management, preferably in the hotel industry
  • Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, hardware, and software systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and industry-specific technology is preferred
