Investment Associate, Technology and Healthcare, Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are working on an opportunity with a global private investor based in Abu Dhabi. They are looking to bring on a professional at the associate level to join their technology and healthcare investment team. This team has a global mandate with a focus on the APAC region. We are looking for M&A investment bankers or PE investors with strong financial skills regardless of sector coverage.What the job involves

• Proactively source and evaluate investment opportunities in technology, healthcare and other sectors such as industrials and business services and across geographies.
• Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investments, including financial analysis, market research, and competitive benchmarking
• Prepare investment memos, presentations, and financial models for internal and external stakeholders
• Provide regular updates to senior management on investment pipeline, portfolio performance, and market outlook

Who we are looking for

• Experience from a top-tier investment bank in M&A (sector agnostic) or a Private Equity fund.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling abilities is required alongside the ability to present and communicate effectively
• You will have a Bachelor’s, and/or Master’s, degree from a top-tier university
• The ability to relocate and be based full-time in Abu Dhabi
