Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards in the workplace.
- Provide training to employees on safety procedures and emergency response protocols.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess workplace conditions and safety practices.
- Collaborate with management and employees to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in health, safety, and environmental management.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the technology industry or manufacturing environment.
- First aid and CPR certification.
