Job Description:

  • Supervising HR staff performance and guiding employees to better performance while ensuring good working relationships with employees.
  • Assisting the HR department in the hiring process.
  • Assisting in employee compensation.
  • Developing strategies and implementing changes that improve job knowledge.
  • Recruiting, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
  • Handling employee relations, payroll, benefits, and training.
  • Planning, directing and coordinating the administrative function of an organization.

Qualifications and Skills:

❖ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

❖ Proven experience in a similar role.

❖ Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, employment laws, and HR best practices.

❖ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

❖ Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

❖ Proficiency in using HRIS and other relevant recruitment tools.

❖ Visa with NOC required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From QAR3,000.00 per month
