Job Description:
- Supervising HR staff performance and guiding employees to better performance while ensuring good working relationships with employees.
- Assisting the HR department in the hiring process.
- Assisting in employee compensation.
- Developing strategies and implementing changes that improve job knowledge.
- Recruiting, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
- Handling employee relations, payroll, benefits, and training.
- Planning, directing and coordinating the administrative function of an organization.
Qualifications and Skills:
■Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
â– Proven experience in a similar role.
â– Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, employment laws, and HR best practices.
â– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
â– Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
â– Proficiency in using HRIS and other relevant recruitment tools.
â– Visa with NOC required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From QAR3,000.00 per month
