• Engineering in Mechanical / Civil
• Candidate should have experience in Offshore pipeline installation

Major responsibilities will be as below:

1. Supervise the inspection crew team (diver team)  from the barge.
2. Quality cycle checks have been done on site as per approved QA/QC plan and ITP.
3. Ensure the material delivered on site to be used in construction activity has been approved by the Contractor before installation.
4. Stop unsafe works and escalate up through the construction team and HSE department until adequate resolution of the issue has been achieved.
5. Appoint competent persons to undertake key safety or environmental roles including training as required.
6. Establish risk assessment process and implement for production, approval, communication, implementation & monitoring.
7. Carry out regular site inspections and surveillance to ensure that the documented Quality procedures are followed.
8. Assist and support the Project Manager and Works/Construction Manager to implement and maintain, standards and procedures.
