As a Growth Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the following tasks in particular: 

  • You will be responsible for search engine marketing (SEA) and search engine optimisation (SEO). You will also carry out keyword analyses and apply targeting strategies.
  • You are responsible for budget planning for channel and tool distribution according to the set targets.
  • Joint development of cross-media marketing strategies and online marketing campaigns in the marketing team as well as operational implementation, target group definition and creation of targeting concepts.
  • You plan, implement, monitor and optimise our SEA campaigns on Google and other search engines.
  • Your role will involve analysing campaign performance, including a detailed review of tracking functions. You will also use these findings to create key KPIs with the help of meaningful reports.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR 

  • You have experience in (performance) marketing management in a tech startup or similar fast-paced environment. You have expertise in planning and implementing SEO / SEA campaigns on various platforms as well as with newsletter marketing tools and ideally, you also have knowledge of using APIs to integrate the tools into our IT platform.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • You have a strong drive to drive commercial growth with innovative B2B marketing in an early-stage startup environment.
  • You bring a mix of robust analytical skills and creativity, like to roll up your sleeves and try things out.
  • Experience in SEO and SEA marketing with software products in the clean-tech sector is an advantage, but not essential.
  • Fluency in written and spoken German and English.
