As the Client Experience Specialist, you will act as the initial point of escalation for our German speaking Coachees and Coaches to ensure they have a positive and seamless experience. You will need exceptional communication skills, understand the importance of active listening principles, and demonstrate an ability to control conversation, whilst always retaining focus on the customer’s needs. The role not only involves clear and effective communication with customers but also ensuring internal communications are transparent and well-coordinated. This includes fostering clarity and coherence among various internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Acting as the first point of escalation for customer queries or concerns, via email, outbound video call and chat
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Coach Relations to help resolve customer queries
  • Providing progress updates on existing tickets
  • Investigating and responding to customer issues and high impact incidents
  • Proactively contacting Coachees and Coaches to offer support
  • Assess customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Contribute to department efficiency by proposing improvements to existing processes

 

Skills & Experience

  • Business-fluency in German and English- must have skills
  • At least 2 years in a fast paced customer/client experience or support role
  • Familiar with using digital tools like Zendesk, Confluence, and Jira
  • A clear understanding of the importance and value of delivering high quality customer care
  • Excellent problem-solving ability
  • Previous experience dealing with customer complaints

 

Nice to have

  • A basic understanding of how software services (SaaS) are delivered
  • Any additional language: French, Spanish
