OVERVIEW

Facilities Officer is responsible for the management of facilities in the assigned work location in accordance with contract agreement & customer satisfaction.

Also will be responsible for:

1. Monitor Soft services activities such as Housekeeping, General waste disposal, Pantry and Drinking water supplies, Pest control etc.
2. Arrange for regular maintenance of Office Facilities like HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing etc.
3. Restock office (stationary Items) and kitchen supplies
4. Coordinate office and parking space allocation
5. Maintain an updated record of invoices from external partners (e.g. suppliers, security guards, ADDC etc.)
6. Strives to provide Facility services in the assigned work locations to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of quality business workflow with the best customer service level in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
7. Supports the Supervisor in achieving Facility Management effectiveness in work locations.
8. Ensures that buildings and their services meet the needs of the Customer, staff and people working in them
9. Manages issues related to Customer satisfaction in accordance with Contract Agreement.
10. Coordinates evaluation of quality of work of facility staff members and ensures their effectiveness.
11. Works as per the standardized optimum facility efficiency in the allocated work locations
12. Supports the customer on a 24/7 basis
13. Handles the day-to-day operations of the section to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures.
14. Liaises with Customer for any Facility Service required.
15. Performs other related duties or assignments as directed
16. Reports the status of the Base including its Services to Senior Supervisors.
17. Ensures that all required services are provided based on best practice and satisfaction.
18. Ensures the buildings are complying with International Industry Best Practice guidelines, legislative requirements and that of Statutory Authorities.

QUALIFICATION

 

 - Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent.
 

EXPERIENCE

 

 - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar position in a Facilities management in a Greenfield environment Hangers /Warehouses/Shelter/Admin Buildings.
