Position Summary:
Drive profitable and sustainable growth of the frame business (Sunglasses/Optical) on Domestic and Top accounts customers in Lower Gulf (UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman). Leading, supporting, and motivating the sales reps’ team to drive revenue and achieve sales target. Support and coordinate the activities of the trade/marketing, credit and after sales departments. Managing the internal process of forecasting and budgeting.
Main activities:
- Lead and support the sales reps’ activities, including definition of monthly/quarterly orders and shipments target and commission scheme.
- Developing solid business relationships with existing and new customers, becoming the point of reference for the Lower Gulf market.
- Negotiate commercial agreement with Top & T3 customers.
- Coordinate the marketing activities/implementation with the team.
- Point of reference for partnership program to generate synergies on frame and lenses categories.
- Forecasting activities weekly/monthly by customer/Channel
- Coordinate budget processes.
Key Requirements to Apply:
- At least 5 to 7 years of experience within Sales
- Preferred vision care industry
- Degree in Business.
- Agile, Analytical, Proactive
- Strong skills of interpersonal relationship
- Advanced skills if MS Office application (Excel, Power point)
