Job Responsibilities

 

1- Responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents.

2- Control the numbering, sorting, filing, storing and retrieval of electronic & hard copy documents of technical team/projects/department on central storage.

3- Internal coordination including follow up with Engineers for the document list provided. External communicaiton with client as per the suggestion.

4- Assist on other assigned tasks like, LCA Managmeent, KPI Management using advance Excel.

5- Support any and all the Service department related activities as assigned by Department Management &/or Reporting Manager.

 

Job Qualification & Experience

 

1- Electronics and Communicaiton Engineer with experience in working
with large private utility company.

2- Good experience in design calculation, reports generation and drawings.

3- Good with MS Word and Excel.

 

Job Skills & Competencies

 

1- Proficient in MS Applications.

2- Good in verbal & written communication.

3- An Engineer with good exposure to Industrial field.

4- Potential to groom and grow.
