We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Revenue Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership to our team of RevOps engineers and analysts. This is a hands-on role that will require a deep understanding of GTM reporting and revenue operations processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and optimizing revenue operations in fast-growing scaleups.
Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the RevOps team, providing strategic direction and hands-on support.

Improve and develop revenue operations strategies that drive efficiency across our GTM functions.

Oversee the architecture, integration, and optimization of various RevOps tools and platforms.

Ensure accurate and timely reporting and analytics to support decision-making.

Collaborate and consult with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to align on revenue goals and reporting needs.

Mentor and develop RevOps team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Job requirements

Previous experience working for a scaling-up B2B SaaS company is a must
-
Multiple years of experience in revenue operations and leadership roles.

Advanced skills in using spreadsheets (Google Sheets and Excel) for data analysis and reporting.

Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives and manage cross-functional projects.

Strong proficiency in HubSpot for CRM (or similar) and revenue operations management.

Deep understanding of GTM, and levers which can be used for revenue growth and expansion

Proven record of design and implementation of GTM operational process together with GTM leadership

Proven record of designing and implementing sales forecasting & sales enablement
